• To make phone calls to US Insurance companies for unpaid or underpaid claims. 
• B2B phone Call. 
• Analyze and process accounts. 
• Document the outcome and analysis as per the requirement.
• Taking action based on the outcome/analysis as per instructions provided

Candidate Requirements :

• Graduate with 0 to 18 Months of work experience.
• Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment 
• Should have excellent communication skills in English. 

Education Qualification : 

• Graduates (BA/BSc/B Com/BCA/BBA/B.Tech) & Post Graduates (MA/M Com/MSc)
• Post graduate can apply except MCA/MSc (IT/Comp Science) .
