Job Designation : International Process (Service Desk)

Job Description : 

  • 24x7 Environment, Flexibility, Stability
  • 1+ yr. of Exp. in Service Desk preferred
  • Remedy tool knowledge preferred. Good to have hands on experience on Remedy (NetKT 10.5 Ver.)
  • Escalations and notification management (keep Management & other business units informed)
  • Perform 1st level fault diagnosis/L1 Incident Management
  • ITIL certified (Optional)
  • Should possess good Reporting & Presentation skills
  • Fault Finding & Data Analysis skills
  • Ability to comprehend working on ticketing tools
  • Good organizational & time-management skills
  • Prompt/Balanced decision making in high pressure environment
  • Good interpersonal skills to liaise with customer (Both Internal/External)
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both spoken and written with excellent comprehension of English language 
  • Team Management
  • SLA Management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

Skill Set :

  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work in flexible schedule
  • Any Graduate ( BE/ BTECHS need not apply )
  • 1+ yr. Service Desk Experience preferred
  • BE/BTechs with 1 year experience in Service Desk can apply.
