Job Description : 

• Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products and service catalog.
• Attracts customer by answering product and service related questions.
• Identifies customer needs and provides recommendation regarding services and products.
• Able to understand and respond back to customer inquiry, reviewing previous inquiries and responses.
• Gathering & researching information, verifying customer understanding on the information and answer accordingly.
• Provide support with issue resolution via chatemail.
• Able to sell and place customer orders in computer system
• Should be able to act as a mentor to the new associate who joined the company.
• Contributes to process improvements, Learning & development by giving inputs to the respective team.
• Access customers support needs and handle route accordingly.
• Use knowledge acquired during training and prior experience to resolve issues.
• Ensure proper escalation process is followed.
• Ensure adherence to process and policy while resolving the customer query.
• Candidate shall be responsible for all risk management and compliance activities as applicable to this functional role.
• Good listening and analytical skills. Ability to verbalize thoughts and should be a team player.
• Knowledge of US geography will be a plus.
