Job Designation : Desktop Support Engineer - L1

Job Description : 

• Troubleshooting of client and organization owned application related problems.
• To quick respond and handle client raised tickets using the Ticket Support System.
• Updated and closed finished tasks and tickets as needed.
• Followed up on closed tickets to ensure proper resolution and elevate client satisfaction.
• To configure Mail client Lotus Notes & MS Outlook.
• To provide end user IT Support services both for operating systems and applications.
• Installation of OS using WDS & GHOST Image.
• Assessments of computer systems to identify the problem.
• To configure VOIP Phones.
• To identifying and resolve any problems that end user faces.
• Restoring, Backup, Networking and Sharing File & Folder.
• Configure Remote Desktop, User Administrator Permission. Managing Remote Access Services.
• Mail Application Configuration experience Lotus Notes, MS Outlook., Web Mail-Notes Client, Zimbra.
• Installation Experience of OS Software ( Win XP 7 , 8 , Linux ) Office (2003/2007/2010/2013 Office 365).
• Knowledge of Other Office Application used in Developer Environment.
• To manage user accounts, computers, groups, and controlling access rights using Active Directory Window Server 2012 based environment.
• To configure and manage IIS, AD, and Domain management.
• Install hardware, software, patches, big fix and harden system security.
• Configuration basic TCP/IP Setting in static and DHCP Environment.
• To Provide training to newly joined employees and existing ones.
