Job Description :

• Use prescribed script to attend tele -in or conduct tele-out calls
• Maintain enquiry allocation roaster & allocate enquiries to sales officers according to roaster
• Meet daily & monthly tele-out targets
• Open CPC for all enquiries generated through Tele marketing & handover to team leaders
• Allocate all enquiries to team leader in the system (iCrop)
• Prepare daily tele-in & tele-out reports
• Reporting of enquiry allocation roaster.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Pre-University/12th and adove
• Age: 18 - 25 Years
• Must have worked in Auto Industry/Automobile Dealership/Service Industry
• Preferably worked in Marketing
• Must know English/Kannada
• Must be from Bangalore
• Experience   :  0 - 1 Year
