Prerequisites: 

• Min Qualification : GRADUATE is a MUST
• Work Experience: 0-2 yr (Freshers willing to work in SALES only & Experience only into SALES are preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Should have keen interest in making sales(On-field) & achieving targets.

Job Purpose :

Responsible for generating insurance business sales by selling to customers directly (B2C model), they need to go to big corporate/companies and sell retail products (Motor, Health and Home Insurance) to employees of these companies.

Principal Accountabilities : 

• Visit minimum 10 clients daily to pitch various retail Insurance products. (On - Field Sales)
• Arrange a calendar of visits to potential buyers by contacting people and making appointments- 
• Responsible to drive and close new business sales of General Insurance Products
• Should be able to develop strong rapport with the existing clients and potential customers
• Generate Leads and talk to all the leads and convert them into potential Business.
• Meet sales targets and budgets by Lead generation.
• Close the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
• As an insurance sales representative helps individuals to understand their insurance needs.
• Explains their options to them and assists them in purchasing appropriate insurance policies.
• Responsible for delivery of the Policy document.
• Accurately record and update the customers details.
• Co-ordination with Various Internal and External Stake holders.
