• Should have basic technical knowledge or technical experience.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Ability to handle Customers query and resolve issues asap as per Standard Procedure.
• Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations.
• Provide phone support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and other internet related issues.
• Any Technical Graduate(B.Tech,B.Sc,B.C.A etc.), or non tech graduate with technical experience
• Domestic & International  shifts.
• Any tech-grad or any grad with technical experience having excellent communication skills.
