Job Description : 

• As an End user, processing the Order Forms sent by CT & following up with SAP team for confirming the successful handling of the orders in MLS/SAP.
• Shipment Execution ( preparation of draft invoice on the basis of the Shipment Request(SR) created by the CT to sending out shipping / handover instructions to the LSP & Hubs).
• Follow up with LSP for draft AWB, checking the same & requesting for original Airway bill or amendment to the draft if required.
• Doing sales recognition in MLS by send & dispatch of shipment & invoice in MLS.
• Presentation of final documents to the Bank for LC shipment and revenue realization.
• Dispatch of export documents to Customer & archiving of the SR files as per the procedures laid out.
• Maintaining/Sending reports, MDL (Must Delivery List) & OMS (Order Monitoring Sheet) as per the agreed schedule.
• Perform activities pertaining to Internal ordering to facilitate requirements of products for Demo and Internal sales purposes.
• Perform activities to support key users and furnish data to Global Command Centre to make meaningful reports.

• Should possess good communication skills.
• Flexible with the Shifts.
