Job Designation : Assistant General Manager- Services Delivery, Data Services- Usage & Revenue

Job Description : 

• To ensure better service experience of data subscribers by implementing standard processes and effective delivery across all circles.
• Enhance retention of data customers through analysis of usage behavior of data volumes and variety of data used.To ensure increase data penetration and usage along with improved retention of data customers.
• Implement national best practice.Leverage communication tools Insta IVR SIVR USSD etc for improved retention.Increase base of high usage data clubs.
• Analyze device details and related inputs for retention and churn prediction.Automation of manual processes for optimizing resources.
• Focus on increased CSat through enhanced knowledge management and benchmarking and to monetize efforts.
• To facilitate enhanced data usage from prepaid customers.-To convert incidental and low prepaid data users to Data users.Analyze usage segment and device details for churn prediction.
•  Develop prediction models.To improve Upgrades of data customers through increased pack penetration and paid data usage.
