Job Designation : Assistant Executive

Job Description : 

• Responsible for heavy calendar management, interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants as well as consultants to coordinate and plan a variety of complex executive meetings
• Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Managers
• Review and summarize miscellaneous documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
• Assist in pipeline/forecast preparation and management and other ad hoc reports
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Creating purchase requests & clearing the invoices against the purchase order in timely manner.
• Co Ordinate & support in the Client visits & support in other logistical arrangements.
• Submission of bills in timely manner.

Note : This is for a contract position
